First sewing of 2011

Well I can't quite believe it but my sewing machine has been in action more in this last week than in the last few months! Inspiration and the sewing bug has hit me!
First to finish was a couple of blocks for my quilting bee Bee Europa. The design was taken from the book Material Obsession.

    The blocks are gorgeous, I particularly like the house with its amazing flower bed!
